Booked a room with a balcony. The location turned out to be marvellous and favourable. Nice and affable people were working here...

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely charming, with a touch of elegance and warmth. The common areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. There were no stairs to climb, and the hallways and doors were wide enough to accommodate mobility aids like walkers or wheelchairs. It made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my stay.

I would have preferred if the children working there had a better understanding of English. It would have made communication easier and smoother for us senior travelers.

Location: the hotel was close enough to many shops and restaurants and the centre of Bergamo, close to the pedestrian precinct with lots of shops and restaurants and airport. It was close to Take sushi, where you can have dinner.

The owner is incredibly friendly and keeps the place in jaw-dropping shape. The cleanliness is mind-blowing and the cozy design creates a super special atmosphere. The balcony with light bulbs and plants is a fantastic touch. The breakfast is a total winner. The location is right in the city center, making it the perfect spot. The decor and furniture are impressive and offer total comfort. Plus, it's located close to shops and restaurants.

Big plus for the balcony, perfect for chilling. Would definitely return!

The host, Massimo, was super welcoming and easy to communicate with. The location was mind-blowing - right in the city center but surprisingly quiet. The apartment had a jaw-dropping "soul" with impressive Italian decorations. All facilities, like wi-fi, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning, were available. And the breakfast experience in a nearby bar was truly authentic. Highly recommended!
